Complete Can Filling and Seaming Line Stages
Hong Guan Machinery configures aluminum can filling lines for cola, juice, sauce and other can-packaged liquids. A complete line can connect liquid mixing, empty-can depalletizing, can rinsing, integrated filling and seaming, thermal processing, labeling, packing and palletizing.
The filler and seamer use a roller hardened above HRC 62, an optically curve-ground seaming profile, no-cap and low-cap detection, automatic CIP cleaning and centralized lubrication. Downstream packaging can be planned with a film shrink packer or carton packer before palletizing.
