一、The full-chain empowerment from 0 to 1

In 2018, when Laiphu's client first contacted us, they were "outsiders" in the beverage production industry. They not only had a limited understanding of the juice production process, but also had no concept of the selection, configuration and subsequent operation of complete beverage machinery equipment. In the face of the client's confusion, we did not simply promote the equipment. Instead, we transformed into an "industry mentor" and initiated a full-process empowerment from concept to practice.

Our technical team, taking into account the local raw material supply, market demand and the investment plans of the clients in Vietnam, has tailored a 18,000 BPH 500ml PET bottle jelly juice production line solution specifically for them. From the principles of PET bottle jelly juice formation, the juice sterilization process, to the core parameters of the equipment, energy consumption control, and the subsequent production process optimization, we have patiently and meticulously answered the clients' questions and concerns through various methods such as special training sessions, graphic explanations, and case sharing, enabling the clients to gradually establish a comprehensive understanding of beverage production and the equipment.

With professional scheme design and sincere service attitude, we have gained full trust from our customers. In December 2018, the entire set of equipment was delivered smoothly as planned; in January 2019, the technical team went to Vietnam to carry out installation and commissioning work. At that time, it was just before the Lunar New Year. Vietnam, like China, regards the Spring Festival as the most important traditional festival. The local area had a long legal holiday, which brought additional challenges to the commissioning work - not only had to overcome problems such as site adaptation and initial personnel unfamiliarity, but also faced issues such as local collaborators' absence during the Spring Festival holiday and logistics transportation stagnation, which made it inconvenient to supply spare parts. To ensure the progress, team members voluntarily gave up going home for the reunion and stayed at the commissioning front line, formulated holiday work plans in advance, and through remote coordination of domestic resources and early communication with the client on key collaboration nodes, they efficiently advanced the work before and after the holiday, ultimately overcoming numerous difficulties and completing the equipment commissioning in only 3 months; in April, the production line successfully entered the trial production stage, and the quality and taste of the produced juice were stable. During the subsequent official production and operation of the client, we always maintained efficient response and promptly solved various problems that occurred during the equipment operation, ensuring the smooth production of the client. This cooperation not only enabled Laiphu customers to establish a firm foothold in the beverage industry, but also laid a solid foundation for the subsequent in-depth cooperation between both parties.

二、Adherence and responsibility under the epidemic situation

With the steady development of the business, in 2022, Laiphu customers decided to invest in building a new factory and chose to cooperate with us again, ordering a complete line of 24,000 BPH 500ml PET bottle jelly juice production. However, this cooperation faced unprecedented challenges from the very beginning - at that time, the epidemic(covid-19) prevention situation in China was severe, cross-border travel was restricted, logistics transportation was inefficient, and the health risks for personnel increased sharply. Every aspect was full of uncertainties. But the trust and expectations of the customers gave us the determination to "overcome all difficulties and fulfill the mission".

To ensure the smooth progress of the project, we strictly control the quality at the source. During the equipment production process, a special quality supervision team was established to conduct rigorous inspections on the procurement of each component and the processing of each production step. We regularly informed the customers of the production progress and quality inspection reports, allowing them to keep track of the equipment production status in Vietnam in real time. Regarding the issue of logistics disruptions during the pandemic, we planned transportation routes in advance, closely communicated with multiple cross-border logistics companies, and formulated multiple transportation plans. Eventually, we ensured that the equipment was successfully delivered to the Vietnamese customer's factory within the agreed time.

After the equipment was delivered, the most challenging task was the on-site installation and commissioning. At that time, the local epidemic situation in Vietnam was also rampant. Overseas personnel had to go through cumbersome approval procedures, long isolation periods, and extremely high infection risks. However, in order to meet the customer's demand for immediate production, we resolutely formed a special service team consisting of 5 senior technicians. After undergoing strict health protection training and going through multiple approvals, we arrived at the site in Vietnam on June 10, 2022.

After arriving in Vietnam, the team members immediately got down to the intense installation and debugging work. However, difficulties still came as expected - during the work process, team members successively showed symptoms of viral infection. Facing the discomfort of their bodies and the threat of the epidemic, they did not back down. Instead, they carried out reasonable adjustments to the work pace, taking turns to stay at their posts. The client was deeply moved by our team's perseverance and dedication, and voluntarily provided the team with more comprehensive protective supplies and living support. Both sides worked together, overcoming one technical problem after another. From the precise assembly of equipment, the connection and debugging of pipelines, to the parameter optimization of the control system and the simulation operation of the production process, every detail embodies the sweat and efforts of both sides.

After more than two months of continuous day and night work, at the end of August 2022, this 24,000 BPH 500ml PET bottle jelly juice production line was successfully installed and debugged. All performance indicators met the design requirements and it was officially delivered to the customer for use. When seeing the smooth operation of the production line and the continuous output of fresh fruit juice, both parties' faces showed relieved smiles. This cross-border cooperation sentiment became even stronger under the test of the pandemic.

三、Trust builds long-term cooperation

From our initial collaboration in 2018 to our joint efforts in overcoming difficulties in 2022, our partnership with Laiphu customers has transcended a simple transactional relationship and has evolved into a strategic partnership based on trust. In 2018, we provided professional support to help our customers achieve a breakthrough from 0 to 1; in 2022, with responsibility and commitment, we injected strong momentum into the development of our customers in the shadow of the pandemic.

This trust continued to grow in the subsequent cooperation, driving the expansion of the cooperation areas between the two parties. With the rising demand for carbonated beverages in Vietnam, Laiphu's customers decided to enter this niche market. In December last year, they placed another order with us for 18,000 bottles per hour of 500ml carbonated PET bottle filling machines. Carbonated beverage filling requires extremely high standards for equipment sealing and pressure control accuracy. The core lies in using the isobaric filling principle to ensure no overflow during filling and consistent liquid levels. At the same time, a professional cooling system is needed to control the material temperature to enhance the stability of the carbonation. Based on a deep understanding of customer needs and the factory adaptation data accumulated from previous cooperation, we quickly formed a technical team. Considering the local climate characteristics and the existing production line layout of the customers, we tailored an integrated solution including pre-treatment, filling, and post-packaging, with a focus on optimizing the pressure control system and cooling module of the equipment to ensure compatibility with local raw material characteristics and production environment.

To achieve the goal of enabling customers to quickly enter production and seize the market, we have initiated an efficient collaboration mechanism: The production end has opened a "green channel" and prioritized the allocation of 304 stainless steel core components. A dedicated quality team has continuously monitored and tracked key processes such as the precision calibration and sealing test of the filling valves; The logistics end relies on mature cross-border supply chain resources and uses cross-border logistics efficient channels to ensure the rapid customs clearance of the equipment. It only took 25 days to complete the delivery of the equipment from the factory to the customer's site. During the installation and commissioning stage, our technical team, based on their familiarity with the customer's factory layout, formulated an appropriate plan in advance and worked efficiently with the customer's operation team that had been honed through previous cooperation. It only took 1.5 months to complete the equipment assembly, parameter debugging, and personnel training. In April this year, this gas-containing beverage filling line was officially put into production. The produced gas-containing beverages have stable taste and sufficient gas content, and quickly gained recognition in the local market.
