Features
- Filling piston valve structure, through the plunger lifting CAM height position, can adjust the different volume filling, filling valve seat with non-contact filling, can effectively prevent secondary pollution.
- The filling machine has the function of not opening the valve without bottle, and the bottle detection signal feedback opens and closes the valve to realize the opening and closing of the valve.
- Filling valve structure is simple, easy to clean, can withstand acid, alkali cleaning solution and 120℃ high temperature, long service life. The filling valve port adopts our patented slow flow device, which can effectively prevent the material from bubbling and spilling.
- The filling machine is equipped with CIP cleaning function, the material pipeline cleaning can be realized online cleaning, the filling valve cleaning, it is recommended to use manual cleaning.
- The filling machine comes with a liquid cylinder, equipped with temperature and liquid level sensors, which can monitor the condition of the material in the liquid cylinder in real time.
- The rotating disc is all made of stainless steel AISI304. The supporting bearing is a large flat ball bearing with teeth, which runs smoothly and reliably.
