Quality Control

The entire quality control process

Equipment features: no fixed drawings, customized according to customer plans, single piece/small batch, spare parts + outsourcing + outsourcing mix and match.
The whole is divided into pre-sale review → design drawings and audit → incoming material inspection → machining process inspection → assembly process inspection → complete machine commissioning inspection → factory acceptance → after-sales quality assurance control

Project start-up phase (pre-quality control, source error prevention)

  • Drawing &BOM review (quality control participation):Engineer output assembly drawing, parts drawing, pneumatic/electrical schematic diagram; Quality control check: tolerance rationality, selection standards, material requirements, customer special acceptance terms.
  • Customer technical agreement confirmation:Focus on lock acceptance criteria: dimensional accuracy, speed, load, sealing, safety protection, test conditions, to avoid inconsistent standards between the two sides after completion.

Incoming material inspection IQC

Applicable to: standard parts, motors, cylinders, bearings, reducers, plates, profiles, sensors, seals, etc.
1. Check and verify: model number, specifications, brand, certificate of conformity and test report
2. Visual Inspection: Deformation, Corrosion, Damage
3. Sampling Inspection / 100% Inspection for Key Components: flange dimensions, threads, sealing surfaces
4. Non-conformance Disposition: quarantine, return, rectification by the Seller; emergency special acceptance requires written approval.

IPQC Inspection for Outsourced & In-house Machined Parts

Machined Parts (Frames, Shafts, Flanges, Sheet Metal Components, Weldments)
1. First Article Inspection: Full dimensional inspection on the first piece of each batch; mass production is allowed only if the first article passes inspection.
2. Patrol Inspection: Sampling check of dimensions, surface roughness, hole positions and threads during processing.
3. Finished final inspection of FQC parts:
- Overall Dimensions, Geometric Tolerances (Parallelism, Perpendicularity, Coaxiality)
- Welding Inspection: visual check of weld seams, verify absence of pores and slag inclusions; penetrant testing shall be performed on critical frames as required
- Surface Treatment: Quality inspection of painting, galvanizing and stainless steel polishing
4. Marking: Segregated placement for Conforming / Non-conforming / Pending Inspection items; judgment on rework or scrapping for non-conforming products

IPQC: Patrol Inspection During Assembly

The assembly team carries out step-by-step assembly, with quality personnel conducting patrol inspection on key points:
1.Frame Assembly: Levelness, Diagonals, Fastener Torque, Lock Washer Installation
2. Transmission Mechanism: bearing assembly clearance, chain & belt tension, gear meshing
3. Pneumatic Pipeline: fitting tightening, pipeline routing, check for sharp bends, air leakage test
4. Electrical Wiring: wire numbers, earthing, protection, tidy wiring, tight terminals
5. Safety Components: Guard shields, emergency stop switches, safety light curtains, limit switches – verify functionality

After completion of complete machine assembly → Complete Machine Commissioning & Inspection (Core Procedure)

1)No-load Trial Operation
- Complete machine power-on continuous no-load trial operation (Recommended: 2h~8h, subject to equipment size)
- Inspection: Check abnormal noise, vibration, temperature rise, oil leakage and air leakage during operation
2)Load Simulation Test (Simulate customer site working conditions as much as possible)
Load in accordance with the technical agreement, test speed, stroke, repetitive positioning accuracy and capacity
3)Item-by-item function check
All motion sequences, automatic/manual modes, alarm functions, limit controls and interlock logic
4)Safety Special Inspection
E-stop response, guards, earth leakage protection, noise measurement
Record the Complete Machine Test Report, list all issues in the rectification checklist, and perform re-inspection after rectification completion.

Outgoing Final Inspection (OQC)

Perform outgoing final inspection after all commissioning issues are closed out 1. Complete Machine Appearance Cleaning & Paint Surface Repair 2.Accessories Inventory: Tools, Spare Parts, Manuals, Drawings, Certificate of Conformity 3. Customer Pre-Acceptance (FAT, Factory Acceptance Test) 4. Packaging Inspection: Protection, Securing, Moisture Resistance; Prevent Deformation and Impact Damage During Transportation

On-site SAT upon Arrival (Site Acceptance Test, Extended Quality Control)

Equipment Delivered to Customer's Workshop 1. Unpacking Visual Inspection for Transit Damage 2. Positioning, Secondary Commissioning, Material-loaded Trial Production 3. Final Acceptance in Accordance with Contract Standards and Sign Acceptance Certificate

after-sales Quality Closed-loop

1. On-site Failure Collection, Establish Quality Abnormality Ledger 2. Root Cause Analysis of Similar Issues: Design Defect? Poor Machining? Assembly Error? Purchased Part Quality? 3. Update Drawings and Inspection Specifications to Prevent Recurring Defects on the Next Non-standard Equipment
