Full process of equipment trial run & sample testing

1.Demand communication
Customers provide product materials, bottle types, production capacity and customization requirements, and technical engineers deliver preliminary solutions and quotations
2.Sample materials / packaging materials delivery
Customers send 30 sets each of finished stock solution, empty bottles and caps for equipment simulation testing
3.Workshop prototype sampling test (3 7 working days)
Complete the full process trial run including filling, sterilization and sealing on standard prototypes in our own workshop. Record production videos and provide sample test data (yield rate, filling accuracy, sterilization log value).
4.Scheme confirmation & adjustment
Modify equipment structure and process parameters according to sampling results, and conduct secondary retests until requirements are met.
5.Issue official customized drawings, BOM list and final version quotation.

Complete Cooperation Process

1.Demand docking: Communicate production capacity, materials, customization and private label requirements online / offline
2.Solution output: Process scheme, layout drawings and itemized quotations will be delivered within 1 3 working days
3.Sample Testing: Customer sample delivery → Workshop trial run → Test result feedback
4.Contract Signing: Lock in customized parameters, delivery cycle, MOQ, private label requirements and acceptance criteria
5.Drawing Confirmation: We provide equipment processing drawings, and the customer shall confirm the final version within 3 days
6.Manufacturing: 60 120 days for standard equipment; the lead time for custom non standard equipment shall be agreed separately
7.Factory Acceptance Test (FAT): 4 hour continuous material loaded trial run of the complete machine, with on site inspection by the customer
8.Packaging & Shipment: Moisture proof and rust proof wooden packaging, delivered directly to customer’s factory by land transportation
9.On site Installation & Commissioning: Technicians perform on site machine installation and material loaded production acceptance (SAT)
10.After sales Support: 12 month complete machine warranty, customized operation training, and lifelong spare parts supply
