1. The mixing system consists of the equipment as below followings:
- Sugar dissolve system -- Sugar melting tank / High shear tank.
- Mixing system -- Powder / Concentration liquid mixing tank.
- Sterilization -- Degasser / Homogenzier / UHT sterilization.
- CIP system -- Acid tank / Alkaline tank / Hot water tank / Pure water tank.

Juice Filling Line with Mixing, Filling and Packing Stages
Hong Guan Machinery configures juice filling lines for PET containers using linked mixing, bottle handling, rinsing, filling, capping, labeling, packing, palletizing and conveying stages. The line can be planned for flavour juice, vitamin drinks, milk or juice products containing pulp or particles.
Upstream options include sugar dissolving, high-shear mixing, degassing, homogenizing, UHT sterilization and CIP modules. Converting a water line to juice requires a technical review of product preparation, temperature control, cleaning, filler selection and whether a piston filler is needed for pulp, particles or higher viscosity.
