• The Company warrants that all supplied goods are brand new, unused, manufactured with the latest design and suitable materials, and comply with the quality, specifications and performance stipulated in the Contract in all respects. We guarantee that products produced by the production line can achieve a shelf life of one year without any preservatives added.

After-sales Service

After the equipment is accepted as qualified, a 12-month warranty period is provided. The control system also offers a 12-month warranty period. Free replacement parts are provided, and cost-price parts for other components are offered. During the warranty period, the technical personnel of the demander who have received training from the supplier must operate and maintain the equipment strictly in accordance with the requirements proposed by the supplier. They should be able to promptly detect and correctly resolve some common faults. If the technical personnel of the demander themselves are unable to solve the fault problems and related technical issues, the supplier's after-sales service department will provide telephone remote guidance services. If the relevant measures taken still fail to solve the problem, the supplier will promptly dispatch technical personnel to the demander's factory to eliminate the fault on-site or solve the related technical problems. The relevant cost issues will be handled in accordance with the fee standards for installation and commissioning personnel.
After the warranty period expires, we will provide extensive and favorable technical support and after-sales services for life: discounted prices for spare parts and other components; after the warranty period, the technical personnel of the demander who have received training from the supplier must operate and maintain the equipment strictly in accordance with the requirements proposed by the supplier, and be able to promptly detect and correctly resolve some common faults; if the technical personnel of the demander themselves cannot solve the fault problems and related technical issues, the supplier's after-sales service department will provide telephone remote guidance services; if the relevant measures taken still fail to solve the problem, the supplier will promptly dispatch technical personnel to the demander's factory to eliminate the fault on site or solve the related technical problems. The relevant cost issues will be handled in accordance with the handling method for installation and debugging personnel.

The equipment provided by our company will come with a quality guarantee certificate and a factory inspection report upon delivery.
1、Acceptance criteria (provided that the bags and cartons provided by the buyer are of qualified quality)
The production operation was carried out continuously for 4 hours, with the production line efficiency reaching ≥ 90%, meeting or exceeding the national standards for the efficiency requirements of the entire production line; the quality indicators of the production line equipment were implemented in accordance with the relevant national or industry standards.
2、Acceptance procedure
The equipment has been debugged at the seller's factory and has passed the inspection. After the buyer conducts the pre-acceptance, if it is qualified, both parties will sign. The seller is responsible for all the shipping costs.
After the installation and commissioning at the buyer's factory are completed, a system function demonstration of the equipment will be conducted to meet the requirements of the contract. Once the requirements are met, the final acceptance will be carried out. During the installation and commissioning process, technical training on operation and maintenance will also be provided. After the equipment is accepted, both parties will sign the acceptance documents.
3、Installation & Commissioning
Upon arrival of equipment at the Buyer’s workshop, the Buyer shall place the equipment following the provided layout drawing. Our experienced technicians will guide installation, commissioning and trial production to achieve the designed capacity as scheduled.
4、Supply, installation and commissioning time
1) Equipment processing time: 60-120 days (depending on the number of equipment and process).
2)Equipment installation and debugging time: 10-60 days (depending on the number of equipment and process).
5、Packing and shipping
1) Packing: WOOD packing OR film winding, suitable for long distance transportation, MOIsture-proof, rust-proof, SHOCK-proof, rough handling, suitable for sea, land transportation and overall hoisting.
2) Mode of transportation: ocean transportation.
