Film Shrink Packer can automatically arrange individual products (such as PET bottles), assemble them into groups, push the bottles and wrap them in film, and finally heat-shrink, cool and shape to form a collective package.

Shrinkpacker for Automated Film Bundling and Cooling

Hong Guan Machinery provides a film shrink packer for round glass bottles, PET bottles, cans and other containers measuring 60–90 mm in diameter and 120–300 mm in height. The machine groups products, wraps them in film, heat-shrinks the pack and cools it for downstream handling.

This shrinkpacker uses inverter-controlled bottle conveying, pneumatic bottle pushing, heat sealing and cutting, inductive film-length control and a PLC with touch screen. Dual air-circulation fans balance tunnel temperature, while the cooling system supports rapid pack setting.
